Who I am.

I am Beatriz, a product designer based in Zürich, Switzerland.

I'm currently a mid-level Product Designer at TestingTime.

I'm a lover of powerful, elegant, and impactful design. I'm always up for challenging work that provides the opportunity to positively affect people on a broad scale.
I thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy building great relationships across people and teams.
In my spare time I eat lots of good food, dance to good music, and pet every cat I can find.

Digital Product Designer — Testing Time

February 2020 - currently

Zürich, Switzerland

TestingTime is a start-up that recruits test users and other study participants so companies can improve their products or services.

— Development of prototypes for user tests and handoff to developers
— Design of interfaces and platform and web interaction.
— Implementation of a Design System to unify the brand image.
— Develop product strategy to achieve quarterly and annual targets.
— Research the real needs of our target audience (end-user and customer).
— Lead research and observation of numerous research methods: user test, interview, survey, card sorting, etc.

UX/UI Designer — DDB

April 2019 - January 2020 (10 months)

Barcelona, Spain

— Analyzed qualitative & quantitative studies & concluded the different
strategies to be implemented in the future roll-outs of the CUPRA website.
— Assisting the QA team in ensuring delivery quality.
— Researched, prototyped & designed the personas, customer experiences of the upcoming CUPRA flagship store.
— Perform Benchmarking, Tree Testing, Card Sorting, User Testing to improve and corroborate that the user experience is the most optimal.

— Creating UI style guides.

UX/UI Designer Lead — Invisible Bits

Sept. 2018 - April. 2019 (1 year. 8 months)

Barcelona, Spain

Invisible Bits is a cybersecurity SaaS B2B company dedicated exclusively to the creation of software for SOCs (Security Operations Center).

— Define and communicate the design methodology of UX and UI of Invisible Bits.
— Define the Invisible Bits brand (purpose, identity, tone of voice) in actionable elements (guidelines, recommendations).
— Ensure that guidelines are followed by teams and other parties (communication teams, customers, markets) or external agencies.
— Ensure that these guidelines are regularly updated to incorporate best practices and brand evolution.
— Create digital workflows, designs and prototypes.

UI Designer — Quantion

Oct. 2016 - Aug. 2017 (11 months)

Barcelona, Spain

Quantion is an innovation consultancy that helps other companies designing and building solutions with the most innovative technologies to generate a unique user experience.

— Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience.
— Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design roadblocks.
— Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
